Lee resigns at South Side, citing health issues

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - South Side head coach Guy Lee will not finish the 2022 season with the Archers.

Monday, the school announced the Lee voluntarily resigned from his position over the weekend. The school’s press release states that the decision comes for ‘health reasons.’

Lee joined the Archers before the 2021 season, and has gone 1-16 during his time as head coach.

South Side’s James Macon and Justice Caley will split head coaching responsibilities for the rest of the current season.
