Showers possible Saturday night into Sunday
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Scattered showers move in Saturday night into Sunday, maintaining our pattern of cooler conditions.
Scattered showers move in tonight, with heavier and more widespread rain most likely in our northeastern counties. Rain should expand southward, eventually giving everyone a chance at some showers. Shower activity continues through the overnight and into Sunday morning. By mid to late Sunday morning, we should get some dry time and breaks in the showers. A few light, brief showers may pop back up Sunday evening.
Lows overnight drop to the low 60s. We won’t recover much during the day Sunday, with highs mostly in the mid 70s. A few sun breaks are possible in the afternoon, but it will be a cloudy day overall.
The rest of the week looks mild, quiet, and dry. Temperatures will hover around the upper 70s to low 80. Most days will bring partly to mostly sunny skies. A stray sprinkle is possible Monday, but other than that, rain chances are pretty minimal through the week. Temperatures may attempt to warm closer to average by next weekend.
