FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Saturday ended on a pleasant note for most, but more rain and storms are likely for the second half of the weekend.

Morning clouds may help keep us dry on Sunday morning, but warmer and more moist air will be moving in, which will add some fuel to the atmosphere for some storms afternoon storms.

Temperatures will be in the mid 80s this afternoon with dew points in the low 70s. So, even when it’s not raining, you’ll wish it was because it’s going to feel VERY muggy outside today.

Storms look mostly likely from about 11am ET through the evening. There’s the possibility we see some isolated strong to severe storms this afternoon. The main threat will be strong, damaging winds for severe storms that develop. This is all ahead of a cold front that will pass through during the night, bringing some relief for the first day of the work week.

We’ll see a bit of sunshine for Monday and Tuesday with temperatures in the low 80s for the highs. However, the chance for rain and storms increases towards mid-week.
