Gasser pitches well, but TinCaps drop another game to Lake County

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The TinCaps got another strong outing from a starting pitcher on Wednesday night, but could not capitalize, falling 5-2 to Lake County.
Fort Wayne’s Robert Gasser had a terrific performance. Gasser went seven innings, allowing just one run on four hits, with no walks and 11 strikeouts.
The TinCaps scored both of their runs on a Lake County error in the sixth.
Fort Wayne and Lake County will continue their series on Thursday night at 7:05pm.
