Central Noble Jr/Sr High School moves to e-learning Friday amid staffing shortages
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Central Noble Junior-Senior High School students will be learning from home on Friday due to staffing issues, officials announced Thursday.
Superintendent Troy Gaff said in a letter that the decision was made due to the “significant increase” in positive COVID-19 cases in the school, resulting in logistical and staffing issues.
The elementary and primary buildings will still have in-person instruction Friday, Gaff said, and buses will run as usual.
Currently, Gaff says they plan on returning to in-person learning on Monday, Jan. 17. The corporation will continue to monitor the situation and gauge the need for future changes, the release says.
