FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - The Ball State Cardinals would look to win their second bowl game in as many seasons, but they ran into a red hot Georgia State team that had won six out of their last seven games. The Cardinals would go on to lose 51 to 20, but the Ball State program is trending in the right direction.

Jayshon Jackson was a bright spot for the Cardinals. He would finish with 144 yard receiving and a touchdown. Ball State finishes the season with a 6-7 record.
