FWPD looking for answers after victim shows up at hospital seriously hurt
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - Fort Wayne Police are investigating a possible shooting after a victim showed up to the hospital seriously hurt.
Police say they got a call from Parkview Hospital staff on Randallia Dr. just before midnight. They believe a woman drove herself to the hospital with possible gunshot injuries to her stomach and leg. Police say the victim wasn’t able to give any information about where she got the injuries or how it happened.
Parkview staff say she was transferred to another hospital for surgery relating to her serious injuries.
