FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ABC21) - Fort Wayne City Utilities is looking at an increase in water rates as a way to address the aging infrastructure.

Just last week, City crews were called out to North Clinton Street to fix three different water main breaks.

City Utilities Director Kumar Menon will discuss those rate adjustment plans during a press conference Thursday at 1:15 p.m.

Further details on the scope of the rate adjustment were not immediately available.

ABC21 will have a crew at Citizens Square and will have updates online, on social media and on the air Thursday at 5 and 6 p.m.
