A Fort Wayne man who spent four years in prison for shooting a man will be back in court on a probation violation.
Back in September of 2014, Cory Tyrell Tate was charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery in a shooting that seriously injured Keymarcus Williams in the 1900 block of Greentree Court.
Williams was discovered in a parking lot suffering from a bullet wound and was taken to the hospital in critical condition but has since recovered from his injuries.
