Grant County Sheriff's Office investigated reports of shots fired late last night.
Police were dispatched to Stonecrest Manor in the area of lot 143 around 12:45 a.m. for shots fired. Upon arrival, they found several spent shell casings in the road, damage to lot 143 from gunshots, and two people inside the residence.
The occupants said that two unknown males forcefully entered their residence, stole marijuana and fled. Once the suspects returned to their car, they began shooting at the residence as they drove away.
Police obtained a search warrant due to the crime scene and marijuana odor. They recovered marijuana, cash, guns, and forensic evidence during the search.
Both of the occupants along with a third person were each arrested. 20-year-old Regan Erb was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
Arion Rheam, 20, was charged with with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of a schedule 4 controlled substance. Richard Sprong, 20, was charged with with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of stolen property.
