ProMow President Jared Davis helped load 36 generators and 432 chainsaws onto the first truck headed to Texas Tuesday.

He says he plans to send the same amount of both to Florida as well. Davis says they will be donating roughly $50,000 worth of generators and chainsaws.

"People need help. If we were ever in need, I would hope somebody would do the same thing for us." said Davis.

He says he was thinking about donating and was going to ask his CEO about it. Before he could make that call, ProMow's CEO called Davis and asked if they should donate.

"It's great that him and I think alike on stuff like that," said Davis.

They got set up with The Chapel and Pastor Rick Hawks after that.

Davis says it's a good feeling to help make life easier for those who need it.

"To at least give them some hope that they'll get their home dried out or get that tree removed or whatever it may be, you know, that's a great feeling," said Davis.
