People in the crowd chanted "Offshore no more."

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) - Federal prosecutors say a former Serbian militia member charged with killing a Bosnian Muslim couple in 1994 faces up to 10 years in prison and losing his U.S. citizenship after lying to obtain it. DELPHI, Ind. (AP) - A $50,000 state grant has brought to $176,000 the money raised for improvements to a northern Indiana recreational trail where two teenagers were killed six months ago. WTHR-TV reports the Delphi Trail Safety Task Force accepted the grant Monday from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. The funds raised will pay for new lights, cameras, trail markers and Wi-Fi connections along the city's 10-plus miles of trails.

MUNCIE, Ind. (AP) - A developer is working on plans to construct apartments at the sites of two former auto industry plants in Muncie. The proposal from Commonwealth Development Corp. would convert a two-story brick factory dating to 1912 into a 36-unit apartment building. The Fon du Lac, Wisconsin-based developer also plans a 35-unit townhouse apartment building at a vacant site that was once a General Motors transmission factory a few blocks away.
