Woodburn father charged for buying booze at party where 20-year-old died

Rex Moore, 45, from Woodburn faces a felony charge of furnishing alcohol to a minor. Police say last May, Moore supplied alcohol at a underage party and bonfire on his property. The Hudson and Ashley Fire Departments came together Friday to help out a family in Hudson. Carmen McDaniel-Parr and her husband hired Bruce Sawvel to fix their roof.
