While Fort Wayne had a chance to dry out a little bit, just across the border in Ohio it may take more than a day or two for things to get back to normal. About three and a half inches of rain fell across Paulding County over the past couple days, and although the heaviest of the rain wasn’t directly in the county, the County's Emergency Management Director Edward Bohn says, they still got the worst of what came down in surrounding counties.
